We ordered a KitchenAid refrigerator last year and had to wait over three months to get it and had to pay $13,000 cash up front. We received the refrigerator earlier this year and it works; but it has a gurgling noise that we have been told is the refrigerant recycling. I called Sewell and they came out but couldn't do anything about it, so I asked for a refund. They would not, and said it is working as built. Sewell Appliance has been the worst experience I have ever had working with a company. They do not communicate with their customers. I understand the difficulties imposed by the pandemic, but they take your money and do not deliver the product you paid for nor do they communicate about the delays nor expectations as to when you might receive the product. I will warn you to avoid this company.
