Kevin Seward has done a terrible job as a landlord keeping on top of payments and communication with the tenants. Many tenants have a tough time with their personal lives simply because payments for him are "inconvenient". That is completely unprofessional. As an electrical company, they do an exceptional job. But with that, I do not recommend renting an apartment that is under Kevin Seward's care. A poor job with preparation of the apartment, communication with tenants, and payments being in on time.
