Terrible customer service. Storm took out some tree branches that landed on power lines. I tried calling multiple times and emailing and never got a response just incident reports that were never taken care of. Good thing I have a lineman in the family who was able to safely remove the branches because a month later we would still have branches on power lines that were proven to be Norris’s responsibility. Even if they turned out not to be they never contacted saying they weren’t they just straight up ghosted us.

They don't care about their customers. It is hard to know why they don have qualified employees.

Came home today to find a "door hanger" on my front door. It was an explanation from Jeff Juranek, giving me a notice that I would be without power, for about 2 hours tomorrow, so they could replace a utility pole. This is service BEYOND what I would expect! But, I appreciate the notice. Thank you Jeff, and ALL of you, for the UNSELFISH work that you do, in ALL weather conditions!

Our electric bill is always so high and we live in a ONE BEDROOM. It’s crazy that we are paying 200 a month on average for electricity. And this is with us being frugal on what we have going. I wish there was somewhere else we could get electricity. This company has become a monopoly due to no competition. So they can pretty much charge you whatever they want. I love living in Seward county but this company is the only downfall.
