We checked out the office the day before our ride because the phone was not answered. Did not like what we saw. Office was locked at 10 am and had to bang on the door. Very unorganized. Said our luggage would go down separately. The busses looked dirty and unkept. The two people in the office could not answer questions. We had a very bad experience that did not inspire trust, we decided to go elsewhere.

Cancelled on us the night before a morning trip to Anchorage. Would not recommend booking with them

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! They kept us waiting in the cold and left for Anchorage over an hour late, causing several passengers to miss their flight. The shuttle and bus were disgusting, covered in grime, and smelled of dirty diapers and cigarettes. The waiting room smelled of urine, and the bathroom floor was covered in urine and animal feces. Have ridden the Seward bus line from Seward to Anchorage it was a great experience we stopped several times to use the bathroom everybody was real polite there was great conversation on the bus the driver also answered lots of questions and drove very professionally he allowed us plenty of time at rest stops and made sure that we had ample time to get snacks and everything from a store before we left would totally recommend this to anybody definitely an easy way to get to and from Seward that spending a bunch of money.. than... read more
