We ordered chairs and an aisle runner for our wedding which were meant to be being delivered at the venue in Birmingham at 4pm the day before the wedding, ready to be set up. At 4pm when they are meant to be arriving, we get a message from them saying they won’t be delivering them today as their usual delivery driver can’t do it and she can’t figure out how to make them all fit in the van and that the chairs are still all in their warehouse in London and she said would bring them in the morning. To be really honest, i would give no stars if it was an option. Chairs, round tables, personalised charging plates etc were ordered and paid in full, months in advance. Today we received a call at 9am (delivery was booked for 10am) from a extremely unprofessional person informing us that there had been a family emergency and our personalised charging plates would not be delivered, however we would receive a refund. What a beautiful wonderful event Sewain made my daughters first birthday one to remember ! Every detail was beautiful and special I cannot recommend Sewain enough for your event I will definitely use them for all my future events.
