Alterations I went in on to have a dress altered for a wedding. The initial visit was great, very friendly and it seemed as though the lady doing the fitting would be the one altering the dress as well. When the dress was finished the alterations were ok. There were two black spots right on the front and the dress was all wrinkly. Alterations.... This shop is located in the downtown shopping area with convenient parking across the street. The staff member I dealt with was friendly enough and it didn't take very long to be measured and explain what I needed altered. It took almost two weeks for my 3 items to be altered and when I picked them up, I was disappointed in the quality of the work. I had had the waists taken in on 3 pair of pants and the work was very puckery looking and they didn't lay very nicely when I wore them. In the end, I got rid of a... read more
