Today is my birthday and my husband and I stopped in for an overdue purchase of a cover stitch machine. I mean, I’ve seriously waited over 10 years. It was time. Clean shop with super helpful service, family owned well over 50 years and great knowledge on products. I mostly felt validated on what I wanted and why I wanted. Bob is the sewing machine surgeon! He takes such good care of all my machines when they are under the weather, and just serviced my new-to-me Featherweight 221- and made it sing on key! You never leave here without a few pearls of wisdom, too! (Never lick the thread!)
Judy the owner give us a good price on a new quilting machine and Barbara her seamstress spent all kinds of time with my wife
Outstanding service, brought my vintage singer featherweight for some much love TLC. Needed a new bobbin case and the timing was off. Service tech was kind enough to work on it while I waited, he heard that I drove and hour and half to get there.
