Misinformed : Returns not allowed I was miss lead about the capabilities of a Brother sewing/embroidery machine. Two days after I bought it I called to ask what I was doing wrong, why won't this work? Then I was told "oh it really doesn't do that after all"... When I asked to return it because it did not meet the promised capabilities I was told that since it was "used" I could not return it.
