Extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Was going to buy a simple machine, and she recommended one that turned out to be quite the blessing for me! I absolutely LOVE it and am glad she took the time to explain the differences in the machines! I'm now possibly ready to add to my collection and I will definitely go back to her store! Never a problem with service. Always done right -- the first time!
Bonnie is a lovely woman, who cares about her customers. She is a knowledgeable dealer of Brother machines and is able to answer your questions and assist you in the learning process. I live in Peoria and am willing to drive to her shop vs using a local Brother dealer. Thanks Bonnie for your advise on all my questions.

This is a must-do for quilters visiting Springfield. I was there while on vacation with a friend last week. As we are both quilters, we stopped in. What a place! It is not the largest shop I've ever been in, but Bonnie is very welcoming, friendly and as we talked with her quite a while, we learned some things, too. I only wish I lived closer to this shop and I'd become a regular drop-in customer.
I have been going to Bonnie and Sew Unique for almost 20 years. I have bought several machines from Bonnie and she has taken care of my training and any service needs I might have. She has become my friend. That is the kind of person she is. That is the kind of person you want when you purchase a machine. I cannot say enough good things about Sew Unique. I would give Sew Unique and Bonnie a 10 if I could.
I met Bonnie a year ago when I made my first visit into her shop. She made me feel right at home and was so knowledgeable that I became a Brother enthusiast immediately! She is always available for support and guidance! Can't say enough good things about Sew Unique!!! A+++ rating!
