The best customer service any where!! Amy and Eric are the nicest people you could meet. I have always gotten great service every time I stop in. I enjoy going shopping here. We bought a Janome Embroidery/Sewing machine several years ago. Sew Simple has been doing the servicing for us over the years. and they have always done a fine job. Today, we went for a class to learn more about our machine, WOW!! THAT WAS HELPFUL! Amy graciously gave much time and much was learned.
