Helpful, knowledgeable, charming.
Dropped off an older machine that was sewing a stitch about every 3 seconds. Was told it was the wrong bobbin type (I tried 3 different types with same results) and they cleaned/oiled the machine…took 3 weeks to get it back and they charged me $199. I was a little shocked at the charge since it was “only the bobbin” and nothing mechanical. My fault, I guess, because I didn’t ask to be called with an estimate to fix, but there wasn’t anything to be fixed.
Awesome store. We took a class and learned a lot. Very helpful. Really nice store also.
