Amazing customer service. Sewing machine repair services. Quilters' connection for machines, fabrics, supplies, and apparel fabrics. New location. Handicap parking on Toledo Avenue side. Entrance on front of building. Recommend stopping by for great service with a smile.

Eric and Amy are extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and truly helpful when I have a question. They’ve even helped me troubleshoot my machine over the phone! Their service is the best experience I’ve had at any family owned retailer, and I trust them completely. I feel like I’ve learned more about sewing from Eric and Amy in a few quick visits than I have from years of YouTube!
Amy is ridiculously creative! Her quilts and various textile projects inspire me !!!!!! She has such an eye for detail and color… is such an encourager and is so sweet! Her husband is great too and I just live their shop which is chock full of fabrics, notions and machines! If you sew or want to learn they have beginner classes and support! I could spend my whole paycheck there!!!! Go! Your creative self will thank me!
