I just want to thank Sew and Sew in Waupaca WI for their great customer service. I stopped in the store yesterday to take advantage of the Birthday Sale. Barb waited on me, and even though I requested a lot of cuts of fabric, she was as nice pie. I think I might have talked her into trying a new pattern!!! I’m so thankful to have found you guys! Your service is impeccable. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful! I live in Florida and will always bring my Husqvarna Epic to your store for service! To be able to bring it in for service and the service technician actually perform the service in-house and not be shipped out is such a blessing! I can’t sing high enough praises for this business! I will be a repeat customer…..even all the way from Florida! They are worth the drive and effort it takes to get my machine to them!!
