Please get you embroidery done elsewhere! Very unprofessional and the worst customer experience EVER! I had a 5 min job maybe 10 to have one seven letter word done and after 4 days was not done. It was promised to me the next day. Had to go get my hoodie and took it elsewhere where it was done in 10 minutes while I waited! Don’t go here! It won’t let me give 0 stars or I would!

This is an awesome store! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I've bought my last three sewing machines from them. The customer service is wonderful!!!
