Based on information on a nice website I took a Viking machine to this business to be diagnosed and repaired. The Website stated a Viking trained technician was on site. They also advertise free estimates, "Professionalism" and quick turnaround which were appealing. The free estimate turned into no idea what was wrong with the machine and a standard $99 charge to go through the machine. I went to this store and was totally enamored with this place. They laughed and joked and made me feel comfortable. My machine was repaired in the time they told me it would be, which was 2 weeks, and it worked like a charm. Guess the previous reviewer never had his machine repaired. Most other places take a month or more and you have no idea what the price will be at all. I had to write this after seeing the previous review.
