Rob V. owner manager of sew many parts is very unfair and rude tries his best to manipulate the refund situation, he is sending me email after email yesterday because and constantly calling me while I am trying to get a big embroidery job finished . I left a review on yelp about his manners in refunding me for the never installed part, seems all he does is sit in his cubical and wait for bad reviews ,I mean instantly he was emailing me and calling me , I HAD TO BLOCK HIS PHONE NUMBER FROM DAYTON OHIO AND REGISTER HIM AS SPAM... read more
