2 weeks for a hem. Not only that, she took the points out to where the hem needed to be. Was very rude without notifying them before showing up. Dissapointing service!

I took two of my pants and the lady said she would not do anything from hip up. But when I got the pants back the west was too tight to wear. Initially she said the work was guaranteed and she would fix anything I did not like but when it was time to pick them up and I expressed my concerns about the waists being too tight, however, she was not to enthusiastic to address them. I bought my wedding dress at an amazing price! Plus I had it taken from a full A-line down to a trumpet and it looked and fit perfectly!! Charlotte is so sweet and helpful. I've been back for a few other alterations and things and always happy with the results! I recommend it to everyone for alterations and definitely for wedding dress shopping!!

At first I was worried about this business but I was amazed with how quickly the alterations were done and the price was great! I had my wedding dress taken in and up, the whole train removed, and the shoulders taken up and she did an excellent job!! I recommended all my bridesmaids go here and would recommend her to anyone!
