I gave one star but really should be NO STARS. Very rude hateful man that runs this store. He fixed the problem of material not going thru the feed dogs and bunching up however, he messed up the tension and refused to fix it. He said, “ That was the best it could ever be.” Now I Have to override computer from 5.2 tension to 7.4. Tension was fine until he messed it up. dishonest, no respect for this customer This is the absolute worst place to purchase a sewing machine. They did not even possess the decency, respect or integrity to simply inform me that the sewing machine I spent 6 months making payments on and picked up was broken!

I have been doing business with Sew Easy Sewing Center for several years. As you enter the store, at least one person greets you and is ready to help in any way they can. A wide variety of classes are offered. Classes on how to use your machine as well as classes for how to create a wide variety of projects. Their service is quick and sometimes "right on the spot" with a friendly smile. LJ even offers to carry your machine back out to your car! Great place to do business!
