I gave one star but really should be NO STARS. Very rude hateful man that runs this store. He fixed the problem of material not going thru the feed dogs and bunching up however, he messed up the tension and refused to fix it. He said, “ That was the best it could ever be.” Now I Have to override computer from 5.2 tension to 7.4. Tension was fine until he messed it up.
