I hate to even write this review because the store is nice and well stocked. The employees are friendly and give good advice on projects. The reason for my negative review and warning to others is with the long arming service’s. While Sew Bernina doesn’t directly offer these services, it is an employee of theirs who offers it and they do endorce her as she has her brochure and pricing in the store on their front counter. Friendly, helpful staff. They invited me to a beginner's quilting class in February 2023. Nancy taught the class. It was wonderful. Learned great quilting tips and tricks. Exactly, the type of store that inspires you to come back for more. They even had Tula Pink fabrics. Will visit time and time again. By the way, they sponsor the quilt show at the Alabama National Fair each fall. Love that event too! Thank you, SEW BERNINA.
