We had David Inspect our home throughout the entire build. David is extremely thorough down to the smallest details. I contacted David a number of times with questions in regards to defects and he was more than happy to give advice in a timely manner. Davids reports are very detailed and very professional. Very professional, prompt and personable building inspector. All of my concerns were considered and I feel really assured after reading through the inspection reports. The reports are thorough, to the point, and easy to understand. Have you started your own construction project? Have you chosen your architect, builder, appointed building surveyor , allocated the funds, signed the contract ?
