Miserable experience. There is trash everywhere - every bin is flowing onto the sidewalk every week. People let their dogs run around and there's dog poop in almost every grass patch on campus. I complained twice about my neighbors and their dog which barks all night because it lives in the garage beneath my apartment. Same neighbor open the garage door just enough to let the dog roam around the neighborhood and it already came at my kids when I let them out of the car. I really like my space, it's comfortable and modern and just what I wanted.I've enjoyed living here at the seville apt. My fashionable space, the clean environment, the regular maintenance of the pool, experienced professional staff at the office, the location to a wide variety of shopping, centrally located. I really couldn't ask for anything other except for more space.
