RecommendedI went in with my two year old not really knowing what to expect. I was very impressed with how quickly his doctor was able to perform things on a toddler who was unwilling to sit still. I can’t thank them enough for making things so easy on us both. This is where all of our future appointments will be!
I have seen Dr. Anderson at both the Sebring and Avon Park offices. She is so thorough while taking time with you to explain the details of your eyesight. It's clear that she genuinely cares about you and your eye health. The entire staff has been a pleasure to deal with from the first call making the appointment until the last transaction picking up my fabulous new glasses. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. 2 thumbs up!
The office manager is awesome. Dr. Bradley Peltzer is rude, curt, and orders tests that I question were necessary. I had that same test 6 months earlier. Dr. Peltzer dismissed me and stormed out of the exam room having a temper tantrum when I asked if that test was necessary. We changed our eye care provider to Newsom Eye immediately.
Excellent Optometry office. They were kind and patient with my 90 year old mother who does not speak any English.
I wish there was a 10 star rating!!!! Dr. Mark Sevigny was amazing, smart and very concerned about my eye health. The staff were caring and knowledgeable. Even the sales lady was very helpful. Very progressive office and equipment. Thank you Sevigny and Associates for great service!!!!
