If there were a zero star i would leave that. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had. We booked a property managed by casago thru airbnb. We arrived a little after 4pm and immediately upon walking in discovered the property was completely filthy. Dead I sects that looked like mature bed bugs in the beds. This management company messed up on my reservation dates twice, they double booked my first night and my last night. On the first night of my reservation I had to check into a hotel, which I paid for out my own pocket, they were absolutely no help. On the day before my reservation was to end they contacted me asking why I was still in the rental property, they were attempting to clean for the next reservation the same day. My son and I spent 4 nights in one of the cabins in Pigeon Forge and loved it. Great views in a nice quiet location. The cabin was very nice and clean.
Scammers. Had to cancel a trip. Was well within 100% refund timeline. Can’t get ahold of anyone via phone, email or messaging. Avoid
