My original rental was thru vacasa and the my rental was sold to casago. On the day of my check in I never received my checkin information so I called and got no one on the phone and was told to send a email. After 4 hrs someone finally responded and stated that I had not paid the balance. It was supposed to be autopay but sure fine. Paid and finally got check in instructions via text. If I could leave a zero stars I would after working all day and driving over 5 hours my entire family came to enjoy a vacation and the description said it had 5 beds and 3 sleeper sofas which would have accomdated the entire family there are only 3 beds and 2 sleepers on top of that the hot water isn’t working and I just killed a roach. They have stopped answering my calls and emailed me saying they could not change me or fix the hot water I have my children who have been at school all day that are sleepy and need to take a ... read more
Very comfortable beds and awesome showers. Had everything we needed including extra towels pillows sheets security was very good and felt safe staying here. Needed help with getting in via a sensor lock staff answered quickly and helped us.
Great location! Clean! We were less than a 5 minute walk from Broadway, Printer’s Alley and 2nd Ave. Take note of the stairs to get into the condo.
