Billy Moore came to repair our freezer door that would not open. He was very professional and corrected the problem and cleaned up after he completed the repair. And thank you for the quick response. Here are before and after photos.
The place was adorable had it been cleaned. Woke up first night with bites all over me. Second night even worse. I got bed bugs killer, wipped down the entire bedroom and bathroom with sink fulls of dirt and dead bugs. Next two night after washing all bedding did not get any more welts
Absolutely terrible. We've had no water for 20 hours. They will not fix it. They are only offering 30% off and are refusing to talk to us. The grill doesn't work. We have video proof of everything. We found out that the last guests did not have water also. Do not stay with this company. All their customer service reps are located out of country and you cannot understand them.
The water doesn't work in the cabin and they new this but rented out the cabin to us despite this and won't give us a full refund, we had to use pool water to flush the toliet, terrible customer service.
Our maintenance man Billy Moore was fantastic and made our stay so much better after some needs fixes for our stay.
