Ian and Nancy arrived promptly and listened carefully to my circumstances. They were professional, respectful and a real pleasure to work with. I followed the ambulance and was impressed with how careful they drove. When we arrived at the hospital, they kept me informed of what was happening, what would happen next and they made sure I didn't need anything before they left. I would not hesitate to call them again.
My family and I had a bad accident and the citizens and EMS professionals were absolutely amazing. I would love to give a kudos to the lady medic who made my wife laugh as she was trying to get all of my kids Autism comfort items, THANK YOU. What a nightmare this was. I woke up in the middle of the night with a heart rate of 155 and breathless. I instantly knew it was sepsis as Ive had it before with a silent uti and I thought I had caught this one in time having just been prescribed antibiotic pills but unfortunately not.
