This mobile RV service was fantastic! I expected a large bill due to our being an hour away, but it was very reasonable. Mr Bob(owner) and Mr Dylan(our tech) were both friendly and knowledgeable. We called them out for a furnace ussue and after thorough investigation, all was well and working as it should. Dylan ecen helped us with friendly advice on a few other issues. Everyone is out a month and we have a trip coming up and Bob was out in less than a week even know his schedule is booked also. Even better he's very polite . I normally use Finnegan and I called them and they are booked. Bob has a handshake deal with Finnegan he recommends anyone that has a mobile unit to try Finnegan first. I mean who does that these days most wouldn't send off buisness like that. Finnegan does the same with units that aren't mobile. Its good to have a honest buisness relationship like that. I can not say enough! They are awesome! I love that they are a mobile service and came right out and had my awning fixed in under 20 min. Very professional and friendly. He also took the time to explain how to use my manual set from start to finish just incase and I appreciated that. I hope he never retires and if he does his son who I met today takes over because I will never call anyone else out for my rv.
Great experience! Bob kept us informed about when he could come out and was quick, knowledge, and professional with his repair. Rates were reasonable!! Than you, Bob!
