Jessie was great…very personable and very efficient! This is the second time Jessie has completed work for us. We highly recommend Severson Plumbing for all future plumbing needs.
Talk about a tight fit! But they got it in there quick and eazy like pros. Great from the start. Prompt response to our initial contact getting us a bid. Came in at a great price and then adjusted it down when we discovered the exhaust tube did not need replacing. Easy to work with, great communication. Highly recommended. Thanks guys!
Got an appointment quickly. They communicated to keep me updated (and were even early). The fix was quick and since they charge hourly (vs flat fee) it was less than I expected. The guys were professional and let me know the issue, the fix, and answered my questions about potential recurrence elsewhere in the house. When people ask for a plumbing or HVAC contractor I always recommend Severson.
