Severson Heating sent Ryan to service my furnace today. He was prompt, and professional. I thought he went out of his way to listen, then explain his process. I’m very happy with his service!
Jesse and Zac did all that was required, quickly, informatively and with great interaction with us. It was a pleasure and I will be more than happy to use Severson again.
In the past we had good experiences. But recently we called them out to fix a clogged drain. they refused to even touch the pipe that was clogged and they snaked and poured draino down a random pipe and said it was fixed. at some point while they were here they touched something and i no longer have water pressure in my bathroom. we called them back to fix it and they did the same exact thing they did last time and gave us an invoice for $230.
