Nick met with my wife & I and we gave him a set of our drawings to bid. We asked him for an estimate on building our dream home. Guess what, not only did he never, ever give us an estimate, he simply never replied to our calls or emails. I called and left numerous V/M's for him, with no answers coming our way. I also gave him a set of our drawings that we spent quite a bit of cash to get completed. Guess what, no replies from Nick.
