This is the worst GP surgery I have ever seen. Extremely messy, alway some problems, you can wait on the phone literally hours.
I requested a repeat prescription on 12th August. I had not received it by Friday 23rd August. On contacting the practice I was told it had been sent for signature to a doctor who 'wasn't there' and they would chase it up for me. The Pharmacy doesn't have one of the items but may have them Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. I needed the medication for today 25th August.
Very rude reception and unprofessional my wife had to wait more then 3 weeks for a blood result on the fact she have same medical results then she been asked again for another blood test case the did no do the esential of the blood test as iron level and vitamin B12 when in the past she was on a treatment for that.
I called this morning.. at 7.56am and held on till i was caller 1 at 8.45am... caller number 1 went on for another 30mins till i finally hung up.
