On arrival we were greeted with a smile and warm welcome and were not pressurised at all. I felt Ben treated us as friends not customers and allowed us to make a decision to buy the car by giving us information and help as part of a friendly conversation. Ben discussed with us various options that eventually gave us the confidence to buy the car. When we originally only came to look. Thank you Ben you are a credit to the company.
Ben has been Absolutely fantastic, In helping me with the car, in delivering it in a timely manner on the day of delivery there was a slight delay but Ben reassured me everything was going ok. He kept in touch with me and when the car had arrived he helped me with small things with the documents. The car is absolutely fantastic thanks Ben, we was amazed at how clean it looked inside and out and so far it drives like a dream. Would I use Severnside cars again a million percent yes.
Was a lovely experience to start with. Then after having the car for 2 weeks the car wouldn't go into gear. The garage had it back twice and said it was fixed. Tried to drive it this morning and it will not go into gear. They were supposed to give us the paperwork to prove they'd changed the clutch yet still waiting. I now have a car that I can't drive
I had a couple of issues and Chris has sorted these for me and I must say they pride themselves in getting things right. You can’t ask for more. Thank you
My partner recently bought a VW golf from SevernSideCarCompany. Seen the car online instantly knew we wanted it, phoned up and spoke to Sam and put a holding deposit down on the car. Viewed it and test drove it 2 days later and drove away the same day. Ben was so helpful, answered any questions we had and reassured us throughout the whole process. Great service, would 100% recommend.
