I have been suffering from ear infections since I was a child. I have been going to Severn River ENT for years. Recently I saw a specialist because I felt I needed more specialized care for my chronic infections. They removed a wick from my ear that had been left there by SR ENT for more than 6 months. The doctor, I felt, was also very unprofessional after giving me “homemade “ ear drops.

I would recommend Dr Kleiman to anyone needing ENT services. I walked in on Wednesday with an emergency (no voice at all) & asked to be seen asap, received appointment for the next day (very accommodating). They were able to see a problem I wasn’t aware of on my vocal cord & put a plan of action into play. He and Heather provided key information and listened to my concerns. The rest of the staff was very friendly, as well. Thank you to all for helping me with my issue & getting me in quickly.

This place is a fraud. I had a treatment that left my neck swollen and uncomfortable so I canceled my second appointment for the same treatment well in advance. Wrote an email, calling 25 days in advance (talked to Sue). She says “she’ll cancel my appointment”. Then I get an appointment reminder via text so I call back and Sue says my appointment was canceled. They have now sent me 4 $800 invoices. I have called the billing number umpteen times, left message, and no reply. Now they are threatening to turn this over to collec... read more
