Great staff! They're very understanding and take care of the tenants needs swiftly. They communicate well via email and letters so you always know what's going on. I hate to see some the reviews that they've gotten because my experience has been great!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The only reason this place gets one star is because Google won't let me give less. Living at Severn Pointe Apartments has been one of the worst renting experiences I've ever had. Don't let the "renovated" look fool you—these apartments are old, poorly maintained, and not worth the amount of rent they charge. Let's start with the biggest issue: the sewer problems. Disappointing Management I have been dealing with a broken AC for months, and management still has not properly fixed the problem. They keep sending the same AC technician, but he does not seem to know what he is doing. Every time he comes, he marks the work order as “completed,” even though the AC is still not working.
