I have been riding bikes for a very long time And I’ve been trying to find a motorcycle shop that knows what they’re doing. Until last year. I had a recommendation to get my bike service at Severn Cycles. The owner, Scott and the Mechanic , Jeremy have been pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable and take pride in customer service. I have a 24 year old Suzuki intruder 1500 and a 1990 Harley FLHT Classic . I had issues with both bikes They fixed both bikes. They run better than when they were new. The person I was dealing with was rude, arrogant, and very condescending. We’ve had discussions with him. I wouldn't recommend him based on our experience. Even though we were providing input of what we were experiencing with the bike. He insulted us. We were never rude to him, but he seemed to think he’s better than everyone else. Tweak your attitude, buddy and telling me my bike won't make it home. I made it home.
Great guys and excellent mechanics
It's very rare to be this surprised by how good the guys here are I read the reviews but still had some apprehension but absolutely spot on with these guys Answer the phone immediately and easy to deal with
