The team was polite, efficient, and left the carpets spotless.
Zero stars if it was an option. Their 'subcontractor' called me at the very end of the 2 hour appointment window I was given to say he 'had a flat tire and was running late.' Then he proceeded to ask me how big the area was that I wanted cleaned. Apparently it wasn't big (lucrative) enough for him and he said 'yeah, I don't do jobs that small, not worth my time.'
