Dude, where's my car? I was leaving town before my car was ready & the shop offered to deliver my car rather than keep it parked for the week. I told them where to leave the car. Great, right? Wrong. They parked it at another address. My car was towed. It will be $550 to get it from the tow company & Severn initially refused to pay, even though this is their fault for parking the car at the wrong address. I sat in their office for an hour and they finally agreed to get my car out.
