Wish I could give it less!!! I loved living there, took very good care of my townhome. Renzo basically lied to me about a lot of things. Wouldn't show up to the final walk through. Charged me $350 for dings in a refrigerator that were there when I moved in. The fridge was from 2018 so probably not even worth $350. When I moved in it was missing the glass shelf of the top drawer. Had them replace it. So it was in better condition then when I moved in. The carpet was worn down so bad and smelled like dog pee. My time on Coconut Grove was absolutely wonderful!! It’s a quiet, charming neighborhood with amazing neighbors!! Frank and Renzo were always incredibly easy to work with and always handled things quickly. I will miss the community a lot!!
