Worst hair experience of my life. The woman who works here has an attitude I can only describe as "crusin' for a brusin'". She wanted to pick a fight the moment I walked in, and despite trying to be as polite as possible, I couldn't work out what I had done wrong. Have been going here for years. Christina always does a great job at great prices. She is very kind and you can chat or relax in silence, depending how you feel that day.

This might be a long review so I’ll sum it up : • no skills • poor workmanship • lack of professionalism • rude • one of the worst hair salons I’ve been too. Btw it’s not a salon it’s a dirty room inside shared beauty salon . looks nothing like the website .NOTHING ! Went with an open mind due to the low ratings. Was happy to Ignoring the dirty floor that looks like it’s never been swept, turned a blind eye on the chunks of wet hair stuck on the wall , the dust and the bad smell but what I can ignore is the lack of professio... read more

I was late, partially because there is another 1/398 Victoria Avenue in Chatswood which was more than 15 minutes away once I drove to the correct location and found parking. I texted to let them know and they got back to me to let me know that it was preferable to be within a 15 minute window as they did have other bookings which is understandable.
