This might be a long review so I’ll sum it up : • no skills • poor workmanship • lack of professionalism • rude • one of the worst hair salons I’ve been too. Btw it’s not a salon it’s a dirty room inside shared beauty salon . looks nothing like the website .NOTHING ! Went with an open mind due to the low ratings. I was late, partially because there is another 1/398 Victoria Avenue in Chatswood which was more than 15 minutes away once I drove to the correct location and found parking. I texted to let them know and they got back to me to let me know that it was preferable to be within a 15 minute window as they did have other bookings which is understandable. Had a horrible experience here. Asked for a balayage and the lady started doing highlights. My hair came out orange and damaged to the crisp
