We had a leaking ice maker valve that had caused some water damage under the fridge. The water had damaged the sub floor, fascia and cove molding in the area. This was discovered when slide service was performed at the factory. Bob at Riverstone put us in touch with Sean at Severe RV who got us up and running in about a week. This is the BEST repair ever on an RV. They are the kindest and the most respectful people we've ever dealt with
The service came out and fixed our 2025 Grand Design loveseat recliner that is on warranty. The right side of recliner would not recliner. They were prompt and able to repair it, saving us a scheduled trip to the rv dealer which would entail 4 hours of driving. I highly recommend them!
