I booked an appointment online and received a confirmation email shortly after. I was so excited that scheduling was a breeze and was really looking forward to a massage after a full week of moving. When I showed up the next day for my appointment, I found that the studio was locked and all the lights were off. My appointment was scheduled for an hour after they opened.
