Great Company
The best company in the business. Great communication and clearly experts at what they do.
My yacht got damaged during the transport. Sevenstar dont take any responsibility. Just blame others. The insurance they offerd is worthless. Lawsuits is the only way to go. Terrible cheap company. Never use sevenstar.
Terrible experience. Will never use them again. Uta, the rep from Palm Beach FL, did not take care of me and the issues I had. I was ignored, dismissed and not believed. They will not stand behind their reputation. Beware and carefully consider your options before booking with this company. I gave them every opportunity to make me whole and make this right but they failed. I will not go into details but contact me if you wish to know. Never again!!!
