Double checked the condition with the property manager before returning the key. However, only HALF of my deposit was returned to me with NO EXPLANATION at all. This was my personal experince with SevenO2 apartments. During the application process, I reached a point where I was required to place a security deposit in order to proceed. The lease was not provided until after the deposit was paid. After reviewing the lease, I decided not to move forward. No lease was signed and I never took possession of a unit. I love living here. I have literally no complaints, my apartment is so nice, the amenities are amazing, and the staff goes above and beyond. I was at work the other day and was worried I left lilies out for my cats to get to. I frantically called the office and Brooke took the time to check my apartment and let me know that everything was alright. Thank you for the peace of mind!
