Change the front desk and manager ,or seven07 will get more one star rating . most of the front desk lady and manager is mean. Oh why ? Because every time I ask a question they give me a attitude for no reason ,even the most easy question , I also saw they gave other residents attitude . when I asked to a room change I have to email and going down stairs talk to them everyday to remind them, or They gonna forget . But eventually I got it . Took too much work for me ,it’s their job to do so .
The deliver experience is awesome, but still need to improve the efficiency of maintenance.
This place always FILTHY. Ridiculously overpriced, just cus there are amenities does not mean they can charge so much for disgusting living conditions. Not to mention the pre existing scratches on my walls, a broken cabinet, and a leaky sink upon arrival. DISGUSTING. DONT LIVE HERE, SAVE YOUR MONEY
Unfathomably disgusting and the staff don't pay mind to the filth. Bugs and flies throughout the floors as well.
