Phoned twice about a 2023 Mercury Outboard 9.9 that he has advertised online (2023 is the only year he has advertised online) We arranged for pick up and the following week we compared the serial number online to find out the year and it’s a 2021. Relayed this to Seven Winds Gary Hubley who said this was “news to him” and he would contact Mercury (as if this was Mercury’s fault). Have contacted him multiple times since and he will not respond. Ensure you do a full due diligence. Tried to buy from this cie after shopping on autotrader, January 2023, boat section, found what seems to be a nice boat for the price, talk to the salesman who told me it was a great boat, great condition, he requested a 5000$ deposit fast has he had too many calls for the boat...(maybe stories but I did put 5000$ down).
