The minute you walk into the door you become so relaxed. The smell is great; the suite is so clean and beautifully decorated. Kimmie explained everything so well and my facial was such a great experience, my skin feels so young. The products are great as well, and there is no push to buy any of the products, like so many other places. Customer for life:)
