The lady sounded annoyed that i wanted a massage at 8:00 even though google says theyre open until 9:00. So i scheduled earlier. When i arrived she demanded payment up front and seemed annoyed i didnt have cash (and refused zelle/venmo). To top it off, she told me my 18% tip was too small before even getting the massage. So i left

I called to schedule an appointment and the person who answered the phone sounded like they were chewing and were really unprofessional. When I asked about massage I got more chewing and they hung up on me. I’ll be going elsewhere.
