I LOVE Seven Studios. I’ve been taking classes for about two years now and have found and built a wonderful community. While every instructor is wonderful, Carrie and Kim are amazing as my most regular instructors. Julie has done an incredible job building this studio and practice!

I attended a yoga fusion class a few weeks ago. The workout was challenging and various adjustments were offered. It was extremely difficult to hear the instructor. The studio setup is tiered, therefore, you can't always see the instructor either. I had to watch other guests and assume I was getting the proper workout. Also, the class started roughly 15 minutes late and ended 15 minutes late, which affected the next class, who then also started late. Seven studios is, in my opinion, the best all around space for health and wellness I’ve come across in Columbus. And when it comes to fostering community, they are unmatched. The team of instructors there always make the studio a comfortable, fun and spirited place to walk into. The owner Julie has some of the best yoga classes, Carrie has the best yoga/Pilates fusion and total body classes, Missy with her phenomenal dance classes, are among a few of the lovely and knowledgeable instructors. I liked it, the setting was really relaxing, however this was my first time and I'm new to yoga. I felt like I really didn't know what I was doing and at times, I was having a little difficulty. I wish the instructor would have been a little hands on and offered me some assistance in getting my stance right or just let me know what I was doing wrong and what I should do to get it right so I can eventually feel comfortable.
