Seven studios is, in my opinion, the best all around space for health and wellness I’ve come across in Columbus. And when it comes to fostering community, they are unmatched. The team of instructors there always make the studio a comfortable, fun and spirited place to walk into. I liked it, the setting was really relaxing, however this was my first time and I'm new to yoga. I felt like I really didn't know what I was doing and at times, I was having a little difficulty. I wish the instructor would have been a little hands on and offered me some assistance in getting my stance right or just let me know what I was doing wrong and what I should do to get it right so I can eventually feel comfortable.
Great dance studio for salsa & bachata!
