I always love your bread. Being French, you bring me back home. This past Sunday, I went to the bakery on Broadway and when it was my turn, I ordered 3 loafs, one being sliced. I paid and moved down the line facing the area where the slicer was. This worker put the bread in the slicer and started to collect the slices with his bare hands...no papers, no gloves, just his bare hands.
