Our experience was a 10 out of 10. John was recommended from my neighbor who only had good things to say about his service. I would tell anyone who needs a heating and ac replacement to consider this company. I called in the morning and by the afternoon new equipment and dismantling of my old unit were being delivered and work d on. It was a heat wave and I needed my AC UP AND RUNNING ASAP. I recommend strongly to use LJ’ s Seven Star home svc.

Jon took care of our family, he never tried to oversell anything and fixed my unit many times until I eventually needed a new one. He installed a Rheem 15 SEER system, a solid system. Very honest and fair with prices. I would highly recommend him!

Jon installed AC split units in my home along with a new furnace. His work was impeccable. He shows up on time and works diligently. The service was excellent. I am very happy with both. I highly recommend Jon for any job.

John came out tonight (Sunday) on very short notice. We've never used him before, however plan on doing so the next time we need service. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and make the repair, probably within an hour. I definitely recommend him. Thank you again John!
