I have never felt so welcome in a gym before. I’ve also never really felt like I belonged in spaces where people are athletic, that is, until I came to Seven Springs CrossFit. After some complications with my previous gym, I finally decided to give CrossFit a try, and I am SO glad I did. I travel for a living and drop in a lot of various CrossFit boxes. Gotta say, while the community at large is very cool everywhere, this box was awesome and definitely in the top tier I've ever been to. I did the Murph today with them, and I loved how they honored those before us before we began. I also loved that someone prayed before we started. Great equipment, great space, excellent people. I could tell it's a good community and you should definitely try it out if you're looking!
This place is cool
I started here a little over two months ago and I love it! Every coach is amazing and make you feel comfortable and help you every class. So happy to have found this gym and would highly recommend!
Awesome, the coaches are nice and very friendly.
