I currently own a Condo in Unit C and things are fine. Management company answers my questions. The pool is out due to maintenance, but that happens on occasion. Once the asphalt is fixed in 2026 I will have no complaints
One of the very few, one star reviews, I've given, and it is more than deserved. If it were possible to leave a negative number I would. This dump calls itself condos like it's fancy. I've heard numerous complaints from other tenants and visitors about the safety and integrity of being a tenant here. The garbage/trash areas are constantly dirty, over-flowing, and usually unsafe to be near. I live here with my boyfriend, and it's sad to see how poor the quality of management is. The trash dumpsters are overflowing with trash, and instead of finding a solution, the problem worsens. It's a shame that the management isn't taking any action to address this issue.
Been here a few months, and so far so good. Do not see alot of crime. Cops are not here everyday from what Ive seen. Pretty quiet if you ask me. Brand new childrens playground/area was just installed. Pool on site. Just wish people wouldnt leave the shopping carts just laying around everywhere. Literally they are all over here and there on the propery. They are pretty strict about your parking pass though, you will be towed without one. Otherthan that, all is good so far.
