Very kind,I was very pleased with the courteous manner I was treated.very very nice apartments and amenities.
Love Joe and crew and he does a great job and is very friendly. However, the new sweep at the bottom of the door will not solve the problem. The door is warped or not sitting square in the frame. This is allowing sound and light in and out of the apartment. As the photos show, there is about a half inch gap at the bottom of the door while the top of the door seals tight. Thank you.
