This company is many things but professional, responsive and kind are none of them. We had booked a site w/ them through Air BnB only to find out less than 24 hours before hand (after attempts contacting/calling Terri - the so called boss w/ a few questions) that in fact they had double booked us. The day before we leave for vacation we again call the company and get told that some how this was incorrectly booked (blaming Air B&B) and that we would need to talk to Air B&B.
