The Pelvic floor therapist Cathy Hardie was excellent! I highly recommend her. And the experience at the center was generally wonderful.
I went there for pelvic floor therapy and to prepare for natural labor and delivery and feel much more prepared and in less pain as a result!
I went to Seven Sisters after a pelvic floor injury -- one of my more scary health experiences -- and Seven Sisters and Cathy Hardie, PT handled the situation with SUCH CARE and SUPPORT. Now I am healed AND I feel better equipped with an understanding of what my pelvic floor actually IS and how to keep strengthening. I also feel such relief that Seven Sisters is a place where I can feel trusting and safe with healthcare folks even in regards to such a vulnerable area . So grateful. Highly recommend.
