If you are in the need of pelvic floor PT, see Cathy Hardie! She is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and practical. The practice is well run and has a much more soothing/healing vibe than most clinical spaces. I am super grateful to have Seven Sisters in my community!

Can't say enough good things about Cathy Hardie and her approach to pelvic floor physical therapy. It made a significant difference in my health. She does not give impossible or over-the-top PT exercises, she is kind and easy to talk to, and has excellent boundaries. I would very much recommend her to anyone post-menopause. I also had one occasion to meet with a nurse practitioner at 7 Sisters, when I could not get an appointment quickly with my own OBGYN.
