It has taken me months to get around to writing this review, so I can say that even several months after my PT visits ended, I still feel great from the work I did with Cathy. I saw Cathy at Seven Sisters for pelvic floor PT. I'm so glad I chose to go here! The office is beautiful and everyone there is warm and welcoming. Cathy is both a great practitioner and down to earth. Communication was great during appointments and I always felt clued in about what the next step would be and why. I needed PT due to pelvic floor pain and after a couple of months of appointments and exercises, I noticed a huge improvement in symptoms. I'm super grateful for the very high-quality care I received here!
